PROJEMATO hereby informs all employees/candidates of its Data Protection Privacy Policy, as well as their rights as data subjects with regard to their data and its use. 

 

PROJEMATO will use the aforementioned personal data only for the purposes for which it is requested, maintaining security levels in accordance with current legislation. 

 

PROJEMATO processes data by implementing appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data, in order to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access to it. 

Your data may be communicated to other client companies (limited to contact and identification data, for the purposes of contracting, access control and workplace management). 

 

It may be communicated to third parties for the purposes of complying with legal obligations, as well as to other entities deemed necessary for the execution of the purposes described herein, namely insurance companies, banking institutions, medical and training service providers.  

 

The personal data collected will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The data will also be kept in accordance with the legislation in force. 

 

 

RIGHTS
 
The employee/candidate may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, portability, and erasure of their personal data, subject to the limitations provided for in applicable legislation. LEGISLATION

 

The processing of employees' personal data by PROJEMATO complies with current national and EU legislation, namely the recent EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
